The Beginner Mountain Biking Rides for Women is designed for women mountain bikers led by Liz Donahey, an enthusiastic, motivating, and knowledgeable instructor. Don’t have a bike? You can rent a mountain bike at the Trail House in Santa Rosa, California. Recommended for women 14 and older; riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
